Officers

Our officers on the Executive Board take care of many aspects of the chapter. The Regent presides at meetings and takes care of the day-to-day administrative issues. Our Vice Regent is the Program Chair who reaches out to the community and organizations to give us wonderful speakers for each meeting. The Corresponding Secretary takes care of the meeting reservations, and the Recording Secretary takes meeting minutes. Our Treasurer handles the financial side (dues, audits, budgets, etc). The Chaplain offers a scripture verse and prayer at the meeting and sends out get-well/sympathy cards. The Registrar assists every new member with their application to the National Society and does a great deal of genealogy preparation. The other two officers are the Historian and Librarian.

These wonderful ladies serve a two-year term unless otherwise stated.
